“Rarely, if ever do I write a company a letter of praise. Your company came out last week to mount several televisions for our new home. We had two mounted inside (bathroom & living room) and one mounted outside on the patio. The quality of work and the technicians that worked on our project both far exceeded my expectations. The installers were clean cut, polite explained what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. As I said earlier, I do not believe in praising someone that you pay for a service but you have changed my tune on that.
